Nahko Graphic Portrait

This piece is very special to me. I was trying to be more honest with myself in my process and my art. I love clean lines and bright colors so this "graphic" piece was very fun for me to create, start to finish. Nahko and Medicine for the people is a huge inspiration for my art and my life. His new album just released so I turned it on and started sketching. I wanted to create an original portrait that wasn't directly from a photograph so I chose three different references and use them to create this original concept. I am very happy with the way it turned out.
