Fox Den Concept

Balance Concept Art - Mulling around an idea for a story about loss and life. About pain and fortitude. This concept piece means a lot to me. It proves that I can overcome anxieties about environmental design. I realize I have a long way to go but I have proven that I am capable.

I wanted the colors to feel warm but somewhat muted. I stayed desaturated for most of the painting until I got to the fox character which now stands out (color wise). The day was blustery, with some clouds moving in. I hope I captured that forward movement with the leaves and the cloud direction.
